External Attachment Module The External Attachment Module serves as an attachment base for integrating external and/or 3rd party components into the SPS. This attachment features a simple, yet effective design to physically support external components as well as power and data connectivity into the pole system. |
50 cm Attachment The 50 cm Attachment offers the same functionality as the 150 cm Attachment, in a more compact module. This attachment is specially designed to incorporate external power and data functionality and to facilitate solar panel integration into the Smart Pole System. The Attachment acts as a mounting base for easy attachment of 3rd party components and transfers power from external mounts such as solar panels to an internal pole “bus” and on to the charger module from which the entire Smart Pole System is powered. |

High Height Attachment To maintain stability for systems that exceed a height of 6 meters we require a High Height Attachment be included in the system. The High Height Attachment offers anchored lines to secure the External Accessories Module and protects the Smart Pole System from vertical sway or movement. |
Security Barrier Attachment As an added measure of protection from threats of external tampering or vandalism we offer a Security Barrier Attachment. The attachment impedes vertical ascent and features anti-climb barriers that prevent unauthorized access to top mounted Smart Pole System modules. |
Motorized Movement Attachment The Motorized Movement Attachment is designed to function as an independent pan module. Where a traditional pan module affects the movement of all modules mounted above it, the Motorized Movement Attachment provides complete 360-degree pan rotation for a specific external or 3rd party module without affecting movement through the remainder of the Smart Pole System. For example, when paired with our off-grid solar panel modules the Motorized Movement Attachment provides movement capabilities to the solar panels, allowing them to adjust for targeted solar alignment and optimal charging while a top mounted camera or platform can remain fixed on its target. |
Lightning Protection Attachment The Lightning Protection Attachment is comprised of a lightning rod and grounding system, designed to receive any surges from lightning strikes and route the surges safely into the ground. By diverting lightning surges away from the Smart Pole System components, internal electronics and materials remain protected. |
Platform Attachment This universal attachment piece provides a base upon which additional 3rd party components can be mounted. In an effort to accommodate future technological offerings or advanced customer requirements, the base offers a generic platform for easy integration. |
Display Attachment To equip the SPS with visual display capabilities we offer a Display Attachment. The attachment provides a mounting base and data connection through which a 3rd party display can be attached. LED and LCD color displays can be used indoors for meeting displays, in airports for arrival and departure information or even to communicate emergency messages and alerts. Larger LED displays can be used outdoors for traffic alert messages or to guide high volume event traffic. |
