WILLIAM YANG

Mr. Yang is the Founder and the Managing Partner of MPAC Capital Partners, LP. He founded MPAC Capital Partners, LP in 1995, specializing in investment banking, institutional trading, NASDAQ market making, and Pacific Exchange specialist operations. Mr. Yang has more than 20 years of investment banking and brokerage experiences with Lehman Brothers, Phoenix American Securities Inc., and was the CEO and founder of Mone Investment Securities, Inc. -- an Asian American investors focused securities brokerage. Mone was sold to Stockwalk.com, which is now part of Miller Johnson Steichen Kinnard, Inc. (MJSK), in 1999.

Mr. Yang has successfully completed numerous cross-border transactions, acquisitions, restructurings, and private placements over the last decades. He holds a BA from the University of California at Berkeley and a MA from Stanford University. Mr. Yang holds Series 3, 4, 7 and 24 securities licenses.
