MARVIN DENNIS

Marvin Dennis is the President of Dennis & Company, LLC. Mr. Dennis has significant experience in both equipment financing and M & A areas, principally through his 23 years experience as a co-founder and Chief Financial Officer of Trans Ocean Ltd., a maritime container lessor. Trans Ocean Ltd. financed and operated a container fleet having a cost of over $1 billion and was the largest privately owned company in the industry when Transamerica Leasing purchased Trans Ocean in 1996.

Prior to 1974, Mr. Dennis has held several financial positions with Itel Corporation, a transportation equipment lessor, and was a management consultant with McKinsey & Company and an auditor with Arthur Young & Co. Mr. Dennis is a CPA, and holds a J.D. from DePaul University and an M.B.A. from Harvard University.
