YEA-MOW CHEN, Ph.D., AVA

Dr. Chen is a Managing Partner of MPAC Capital Partners LP. Dr. Chen has many decades of experiences in corporate restructuring, strategic formulation, private equity financing, corporate financial management, mergers and acquisitions, and business valuation. Dr. Chen is also the Chairman of China Intangible Asset Appraisal Inc., one of the leading valuation companies in Taiwan.

Dr. Chen is the associate editor of the Review of Pacific Basin Financial Markets and Policies and a Finance professor at San Francisco State University. Professor Chen also has lectured extensively to universities and business firms throughout China on corporate finance as well as in San Francisco Bay Area on Asian economic and financial development, and the U.S. and Asian economic relations. He was the director of the U.S.-China Business for the College of Business at San Francisco State University from 1991 to 2001. Dr. Chen received Ph.D. and M.A. in Economics from Ohio State University and BA in Economics from National Taiwan University. Dr. Chen is an Accredited Valuation Analyst (AVA) and a member of the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts (NACVA).
